These threats manifest in various forms, including cyberattacks, the development and deployment of advanced weaponry, and the support of militia groups.

Cyberattacks: The U.S. government is preparing for a potential wave of Iranian cyberattacks and already experienced a cyber event over the Thanksgiving weekend targeting a small water facility in Pennsylvania, This is a form of retaliation for the support provided to Israel in its conflict with Hamas, and part of a larger goal to reduce US influence in the middle east.
